VantageOne Credit Union – Bargaining Update #1

To: All MoveUP members at VantageOne Credit Union

Your Union Bargaining Committee met with the Employer for 3 days from November 12-14, 2019.

The parties exchanged proposals and discussed some non-monetary and housekeeping items, which are typically the first items discussed. Once we’re able to come to an agreement on the majority of those items, we will move on to the monetary items.

We will be setting up the next round of bargaining dates for early in the new year and will keep you updated as bargaining progresses.
