Vancouver Shipyards – March 1, 2022 Salary Increase

During the last round of bargaining for the March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2023 collective agreement, salary increases were negotiated in each of the years.

It was brought to the attention of the union and the employer that on the most recent payroll, the salary increase for March 1, 2022 was not added. The employer has indicated that there was an issue with the salary increase getting uploaded into their system and that the three percent (3%) increase will be added to the next payroll on March 31. Included with your March 31 payroll will be the additional amount to cover the increase retroactive to March 1.
