V.P Credit Union – Bargaining Update #1

I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected during the pandemic. Here is an update on bargaining.

The employer met with your union and your bargaining committee on November 20, 23 and 24, 2020. Through constructive dialogue, the parties have provided rationale for all proposals and have signed off on a number of non-monetary and monetary proposals. The next bargaining session has been set for January 19, 20, 28 and 29, 2021. We will keep you updated as the collective bargaining discussions proceed.
