Update: Common Employer Application

To: All MoveUP members at FBC-CSC

We are writing to let you know that we did manage to participate in a mediation session on Thursday, January 20, 2022, conducted by the BC Labour Board.  Unfortunately, the mediation was adjourned and the Parties are proceeding with a hearing to hear the matter regarding the Union’s application for a Common Employer declaration.

We are in the process of confirming dates in March 2022.  We will keep you apprised as the matter proceeds.
