Update: Common Employer Application

To: All MoveUP members at FBC-CSC

We wanted to provide you with an update on the Union’s Common Employer application.  We are waiting confirmation from the BC Labour Board; however, it appears that your union and the company are going to be meeting on January 20, 2022 in an attempt to see if we are able to mediate before proceeding with a hearing.  We are waiting confirmation from the BC Labour Board.

We will keep you apprised through bulletins as things develop.
