The Union is well aware that TST Overland Express has recently given notice to acquire Canadian Freightways on May 03, 2020. After lengthy discussions with Canadian Freightways, your Union has chosen to retain legal counsel to ensure that your rights under the law are protected and to address any changes to your work conditions.

Your Union is here to support the membership during this difficult time and hold the employer accountable for any misconduct.  We must stand strong in solidarity and fight for fairness.
