February 9, 2024

To: All MoveUP members at TST-CF Express

We are pleased to announce that your bargaining committee has successfully reached a tentative agreement with your employer, TST-CF Express, on a new collective agreement. A summary of the tentative agreement can be found below.

You can also click here to read a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement.

Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.

Summary of Tentative Agreement

Term:

  1. Five (5) year term January 01, 2024, to December 31, 2028
  2. General Wage Increases retroactive to January 01, 2024

Your Bargaining Committee successfully negotiated higher wage increases for Eastern Canada, aligning them more closely with Western Canada and the cost of living in each economic region.  Notably, a significant increase of 8.7% was secured for Montreal.

How it was calculated for Montreal

The wage scale transitioned Montreal from Section 2 to Section 4, resulting in a maximum increase of 4.7%.  Additionally, an extra 4% was negotiated for Section 4, bringing the total increase to 8.7%.  It’s important to note that slight variations in percentages may occur among different job classifications during the transition from Section 2 to Section 4.

How it was calculated for Toronto
