Tree Island Bargaining Update # 4
May 29, 2026
To: All MoveUP Members at Tree Island Industries
After the union presented its monetary proposal package on April 9, bargaining was delayed while the employer’s Board reviewed the package. Your bargaining committee met with the employer today to discuss wages and other monetary items. Little progress was made, and the parties remain far apart.
The next bargaining date is scheduled for June 10.
A membership meeting will be held shortly afterward to update members on the state of negotiations.
