TransLink – Bargaining – Survey

Your union is in the process of preparing for bargaining a renewal of the collective agreement.
As you will recall the parties reached an agreement on renewal last year on the basis of what is known as a roll over agreement. The decision to follow that course of action was based on the unknowns coming out of the Covid pandemic and the decisions made about renewing the collective agreements at CMBC. Accordingly, we did send out the bargaining survey last year and we do still have that information available to us as we prepare for bargaining. Rather than asking members to fill out an entire survey again, we have decided to send out a pared down request for input that puts an emphasis on priorities that may have changed over the last year. Please review the survey here and provide any comments by June 30th.
