Transit Duty to Accommodate Educational

To: All JS and EC at CMBC and TransLink
You are invited to a one-day educational session on Duty to Accommodate at the MoveUP office. The session will be led by Al Bieksa of the BC Federation of Labour, Health & Safety Centre. Al is a highly respected and exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging speaker on accommodation specifically and workplace health and safety in general. This session will provide you with an understanding of the fundamentals of accommodation law, including the obligations of employees, unions, and employers.

TIME: 8:30am-4:00pm
PLACE: MoveUP Office, 301-4501 Kingsway – HEMLOCK ROOM
