The Reach Gallery Museum – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP member at TRGM
We are pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with your employer. Your bargaining committee was able to obtain a fair and reasonable tentative agreement with the employer.
Some of the highlights include:
- 3 year deal from ratification until 2027
- wage grid implementation
- 3% wage increase on ratification
- 2.75% increase in 2025 and 2026 on anniversary of ratification
- comprehensive workplace bullying and harassment language
- vacation leave up to 5 weeks
- 2% in lieu of benefits amount for part-time employees who don’t qualify for benefits
- remote work language
- Easter Monday and Boxing Day as additional statutory holidays
- RRSP matching up to 5% of annual gross earnings
In addition, the parties came to agreement on a financial settlement for the unfair labour practice complaint, and the complaint has been withdrawn. Collectively, the part-time members that were a party to the complaint are receiving individual amounts adding up to $700.
We have scheduled a ratification meeting for your bargaining team to review and discuss the memorandum of agreement, and answer any questions you may have. Upon conclusion of this meeting, you will be able to vote through the member portal.

To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing in to the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number please complete the attached membership number form and you will receive a response within one business day. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the vote opening you will not be eligible to vote.
