The Reach Gallery Museum – Bargaining Update #2

To: All MoveUP members at TRGM
On October 31 and November 2, 2023, your bargaining committee met with the employer to continue negotiations. During these meetings, there were exchanges regarding non-monetary items, and both parties were able to state their positions.
Further, your bargaining committee successfully tabled the remaining monetary proposals, including wages. Monetary items are usually discussed after all non-monetary items have been resolved. We recognize the significance of all these proposals and are committed to seeking fair and reasonable language that align with the interests and needs of our members.
Moving forward, your bargaining committee will have a strategic planning meeting on November 14, in preparation to meet with the employer again on November 21, 2023.
