Tentative Agreement Reached with Working Ventures Insurance Solutions (WVIS)

To: All MoveUP members at WVIS
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer, WVIS.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 9% general wage increase over three years with a $500 signing bonus
- Improvements to mental health practitioner coverage and bereavement leave entitlement
- Increase to vision care coverage from $300 to $500 every 24 months
Your bargaining committee is recommending ratification of the tentative agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on July 24, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee as well as Vice President of Combined Units, Christy Slusarenko. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by an online vote after the meeting. Please make every effort to attend.

TIME: 9:00 a.m.
PLACE: Online/Teams (to be sent to your home email address)
You and your coworkers will also have the opportunity to vote to ratify this agreement. The vote will be conducted by an online vote on July 27. Voting credentials will be sent out after the general meeting.
