Successorship of CUPE/MoveUP

To: All MoveUP members at DA Townley
Your Bargaining Committee, MoveUP and CUPE met with your employer today to discuss DA Townley’s transition to CUPE.
The Parties were able to reach an Agreement that will ensure MoveUP members are protected as they transition to the CUPE Collective Agreement.
The Letter of Understanding can be found here for your review.
If you have any questions or concerns please discuss with your bargaining committee or contact your Union Representative directly.
We would like to thank the membership for their patience and understanding during this long process.
