South Okanagan-Boundary Labour Council endorses Isaac Gilbert for Penticton City Councillor

The South Okanagan-Boundary Labour Council has endorsed Isaac Gilbert for city councillor in the upcoming Penticton by-election.

Isaac is a BC Parks ranger and his core priorities include affordable housing, addressing homelessness, expanding childcare, and living wage, in addition to making the city more accessible to walking, biking and transit.

The by-election day takes place on Saturday, June 19 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre (273 Power Street) or at the Seniors’ Drop-In Centre (2965 South Main Street).

There are also advance voting opportunities at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre on June 9, 12 and 16.
