Seaspan ULC – Bargaining Update

June 15, 2026

To: All MoveUP Members at Seaspan ULC

Your bargaining committee met with the employer again on Monday, June 8, 2026. The parties have either signed off or withdrawn most of the non-monetary proposals and moved on to the monetary items.

There is still some work to do to achieve a collective agreement that we are willing to bring back to the membership for ratification, so the parties are meeting again on June 17, 2026 and will likely schedule more dates at that time.

We will provide you an update as things progress.
