REVISED – Hertz Canada Limited – Tentative Agreement Reached

Your Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce and are recommending the acceptance of a tentative agreement attached here for the employees at Hertz Canada Limited.

The highlights of the agreement are as follows:

• Three Year Agreement with Wage Increases of 3%, 3.25% and 3%
• Long Term Disability
• New LOU #5 – Job Evaluation for Drivers Wage Rates
• Increase in Severance Pay
• Increase in Sick Day Entitlement
• Time Limit Cap and Protection Language for Temporary Vacancies

We will be holding a ratification meeting and vote as follows:

Place

Pacific Gateway Hotel, 3500 Cessna Drive, Richmond, B.C.
