***REMINDER*** ICBC: Case Load Complexity Survey

***Just a reminder that the survey closes Friday, August 16, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.***
When ICBC first announced the changes around RAAP, we heard concerns that case loads would not be even and therefore workload would also not be even.
Attached is a very quick survey for you to complete. The information you provide us will help us understand your case loads and the obstacles you are encountering around transfers and leveling out the complex work you do. It will also provide us with an informed picture as we continue to work with ICBC to resolve your concerns about the complexity of caseloads and the affect to your workload.
We encourage all Claim Examiners to complete the survey, which will remain open until Friday, August 16, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.
