Reminder: Executive Council Meeting – September 25

A reminder that an Executive Council meeting will be held as follows:
Date: Monday, September 25, 2023
Time: 9:00 am * (please note time change)
Place: Hilton Vancouver Metrotown, Crystal Ballroom
There will be a two-hour EDI workshop that will run from 1:00 pm -3:00 pm. Regular council business will continue after the workshop is complete. Councillors and Board members will then go into their unit breakout sessions. The expectation is for all Councillors and Board members to attend to discuss topics of relevance to your unit. It is anticipated that these sessions will last for approximately one hour.
Please be aware that due to a severe allergy, do NOT bring bananas into the meeting and foyer space. With this in mind, we are conducting a survey to look at any allergy or accessibility needs for members of the Executive Council, which can be found here.

All Executive Council meeting documents can be found on the member portal. Hard copies are NOT provided at the meeting. You are encouraged to bring your own electronic devices to the meeting to access the documents however, they will also be available on the screen. Meeting documents will be available on the member portal the week of May 22nd. If you are unable to access the member portal, please contact our membership department at membership@moveuptogether.ca.
