**If you would still like to attend this Teleconference Meeting but have not responded please do so by Friday, September 20**
A teleconference meeting for BC Hydro & Powertech Job Stewards and Executive Councillors will be held as follows:
DATE: Thursday, October 3, 3019
TIME: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
Please arrange for one of you in each work location to book a meeting room with a conference phone. Once booked, please advise the other job Stewards and councillors in your area.
If you will be attending the conference call please send an email to bchmail@moveuptogether.ca to confirm by September 13, 2019. Leave of absence letters will be sent for this meeting.
Conference call-in instructions and the agenda will be attached to a reminder note prior to the meeting.
