PrairieCoast – Group Grievance

July 26, 2023

To: All MoveUP members at PCE

Despite numerous requests for the new agreed upon wages to be implemented, your employer has not updated the pay for any members.  Therefore, your union filed a group grievance today on behalf of all members.

The next step is for the parties to meet to discuss within 15 days.

As you know, the new wage scale should be in place as of the date of ratification which was June 23, 2023.

I will keep you updated on the status of this grievance as it progresses.
