Pay Increase set for May 1, 2018

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Tomorrow all MoveUP members working at ICBC will see an increase in their pay of 1.4%. This is a combination of the 1% negotiated increase along with the .4% from the Economic Stability Dividend (ESD). Information on the ESD and how it has been calculated can be found here.
You can view the updated salary structures for May 1, 2018 here. Don’t forget, you will also receive a further increase of .5% on July 1, 2018. Total increases for 2018 will be 1.9%. These can also be found on the ICBC Hub.
