To: All TST-CF Employees
Dear TST-CF worker,
We are happy to write to you as we prepare for the upcoming vote to certify MoveUP as the union representing you and other workers at TST-CF across Canada. Whether you are an existing member or a prospective new member to our union, this is an important vote for all of us.
If the COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated anything, it is that workers in unionized environments have greatly benefited from having protection and support that comes with being a part of a union.
When it comes time to vote, it is important for you to Vote YES to join MoveUP. The vote is confidential and neither your employer or our union will know how you vote.
Before the vote gets called, we want the opportunity to connect with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will be hosting a telephone townhall on Saturday, March 13 at 1:30 p.m. ET (10:30 a.m. PT). To register for the call, please visit MoveUPTogether.ca/tstcf-tth.
The call will be conducted in English, but we will have French translators available as required.

We understand this can be a stressful time with lots of uncertainty and contrasting information, but we want you to know that we are committed to:
- Supporting you through the unionization process
- Ensuring what’s important to you is addressed when negotiating future collective agreements
- Representing your best interests when dealing with your employer
- Giving you the chance to make your workplace better for you and your co-workers
