Notice of Executive Board By-Election – Nominations Open – Combined Finance/Insurance

To: Members in the Combined- Finance/Insurance Unit
Combined – Finance/Insurance unit represents BCAA, Canadian Northern Shield, Coastal Community Insurance Services, Community Savings Credit Union, FirstWest Credit Union, G & F Financial Group, Ladysmith & District Credit Union, VantageOne Credit Union, Westland Insurance Group Inc and Working Ventures Ins Solutions Ltd.
Term Ending: July 2024
Due to the election of Graeme Hutchison as President and in accordance with Article 10.7(b) of the MoveUP Constitution, we are conducting a by-election to fill the above noted position.
Please refer to Article 6 of the Constitution for details on the duties of the executive board.
A nomination form covering all of the requirements of the Constitution governing the nomination of an executive board member is attached here.
Nomination forms must be emailed to returningofficer@moveuptogether.ca by the deadline of 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2023.
