MoveUP Visit to Site C and Hudson’s Hope to Meet with Members

This coming Wednesday, May 10, representatives from MoveUP will be visiting Site C and Hudson’s Hope to meet with our members working in those areas.

Joining the meeting will be:

Mike Novak, Union Representative
Barbara Gibson, Workers Compensation Appeals Representative
Tony Geluch, Director of Operations

The anticipated details of our visit are listed in the itinerary below.

Wednesday, May 10:

• 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.: Members meeting with Mike Novak and Tony Geluch, location TBD
• 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Barbara Gibson to meet with the Joint Health & Safety Committee
• 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Tour of LB offices and ATCO

Thursday, May 11:

• 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.: Site Safety Q&A, members can meet with Barbara Gibson and Tony Geluch in 32A
• 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.: MOU 15 & Collective Agreement Q&A, members to meet with Mike Novak in LB1
• 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (approx.): MoveUP team to tour RB including Powerhouse

Friday, May 12:

• MoveUP team will drive to Peace Canyon and WAC Bennett Dam for a tour and to speak with members. Further details of the schedule to be announced.
