Lu’Ma Native Housing Society – Ratification Vote Meetings & Voting Instructions

To: All MoveUP Members at Lu’Ma Native Housing Society
Meetings have been scheduled to discuss the Memorandum of Agreement, and an online vote has been set up. Please see meeting details, as well as the online voting instructions below.
When: Thursday, January 22, 2026
Where: Online and in person
The committee will be available in person from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in person at 2960 Nanaimo St Vancouver, BC V5N 5G3, in the Amenities Room.
Meeting Times: 9:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
In order to accommodate all shift we will be holding three information meetings to go through the Memorandum of Agreement and address any questions in addition to being on site at Nanaimo Street for the day.
Voting: Voting will take place electronically
How you vote:
The ratification vote will be conducted online through Simply Voting. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
To vote, simply log in to the Member Portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you have not already registered a Member Portal account, you will need to do so. You can refer to our online guide or watch the tutorial videos for more information. You will need your membership number and your personal email address to create an account.
VOTE OPENS: January 22, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
VOTE CLOSES: January 25, 2026 at midnight
