We have made a s. 139 and s. 38 application at the B.C. Labour Relations Board in February 2022. Our applications are to protect what constitutes bargaining unit work and the bargaining unit. In other words, they are to preserve your job security and bargaining rights.
Your union is of the opinion that at least five positions within the credit union and its subsidiaries have been excluded inappropriately in accordance with the Labour Relations Code.
We are working with the B.C. Labour Board to finalize hearing dates and will keep you apprised through bulletins as these matters develop.
