Kruger Products – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Kruger Products
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, Kruger Products.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 4-year agreement with 2.5 increase each year
- Updated definitions for Bullying and Harassment Article
- Restriction of hiring temporary employees reduced from 1 year to 6 months
- New leave of absence language for gender transition leave and domestic and sexual violence leave
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on Wednesday September 29, 2021 via Zoom, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee as well as Vice President of Combined Units, Christy Slusarenko. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot via electronic voting. Details on electronic voting will be provided in a separate bulletin. Please make every effort to attend.
