Konica Minolta – Response to Salary Increase Deferral #2 – April 22, 2020

Further to our last bulletin, your union has reviewed the employer’s fiscal year 2019 financial statements and inquired about particulars of their financial reporting process. Since the employer did not achieve its 2019/2020 profit plan, the employer will fulfill its contractual obligations and proceed with 2% as a lump sum payment on the April 30, 2020 pay date.
