Kelowna Cabs – Bargaining Update 4

To: All MoveUP members at Kelowna Cabs

An order, relating to our bad faith bargaining complaint, has issued by the B.C. Labour Relations Board on November 12, 2020. As stated in it, view here, the Employer has been ordered to meet and bargain with your Union in good faith, and make every reasonable effort to conclude a collective agreement no later than November 26, 2020. The Employer has also been ordered to rescind its layoff notices to all employees in the bargaining unit. Your Union wants to thank you for your patience in this matter
