Joint Statement from Hertz Canada Limited and MoveUP – Status of Bargaining

On behalf of both your employer (Hertz Canada Limited) and your Union (MoveUP), in regard to the first collective agreement for the employees at Victoria and Midtown, we are pleased to let you know that both parties have been bargaining in good faith and have made significant progress in a number of areas.

During meetings held over the previous five months, we have agreed on 20 articles of a new proposed collective agreement, subject to ratification.

Both parties will continue bargaining in November and we will update you when new developments occur.
