Island Savings Credit Union – Bargaining Update #4

To: All MoveUP members at Island Savings Credit Union
Your Bargaining Committee met with your employer on December 16, 17 and 18, 2024 to continue collective bargaining. Good progress was made with the Parties having now signed off on all non-monetary proposals.
During our most recent session we received counter-proposals on our monetary proposals from your Employer and the Parties will work on continuing to address these in our next session on January 15, 20 and 22. While both parties had hoped to conclude bargaining in 2024, we will need to continue into January 2025.
Your committee remains focused on advancing the priorities of the membership, with a goal to conclude collective bargaining and bring back the best possible agreement for ratification by the members.
