Information on Vice-President Elections taking place at Convention 2024

Further to the July 15, 2024 bulletin advising of the results of the MoveUP General Elections, nominations for the election of your three (3) vice-presidents closed at 4:30 p.m. PST on Monday, August 26, 2024.
Vice-presidents who are nominated are elected by the delegates from their component at the MoveUP Convention, taking place from September 12-14, 2024. To be nominated as a vice-president, the member must first have been successful in their election to the executive board.

Delegates at Convention 2024 from each of the respective constituencies will elect vice-presidents by electronic ballot.
For Convention delegates, electronic voting takes place on Saturday, September 14 beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 9:30 a.m. Please log in to your Member Portal account to cast your vote.

Convention delegates: Please be sure you can log in to the Member Portal before arriving at Convention. If you require assistance during Convention, bring your MoveUP member ID with you. If you do not have your membership ID reach out, please fill out the form at moveuptogether.ca/membernumber prior to Convention.
A laptop will be available at the MoveUP Convention registration area to cast your vote for your vice-president should you require it.
