ICBC: Ratification Voting is Now Open!

Voting is now open for the renewal of your collective agreement. Log into your Member Portal and you can cast your confidential vote.
Voting will remain open until Friday, September 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
If you require assistance signing into your Member Portal, you can refer to our online guide or watch the tutorial videos for more information. You will need your membership number and your personal email address to create an account.

Before you vote
Please review the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), found here. You will see three parts to the MOA. First is the signed agreement dated August 19, 2026. Second is Appendix A. It includes all of the individual items that the Parties agreed to throughout bargaining. The third section is Appendix B. It includes all of the monetary items, including wages, benefit improvements, the new job evaluation plan, AI protections, and the transit subsidy among many other items. A draft of the wage scale has been prepared to allow members to view the wage increases prior to voting (click here to view).
Ratification Vote Information:
Voting on the tentative agreement will be open until Friday, September 11 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. All voting will take place electronically on the Member Portal.
