ICBC – Estimator Workload Complaint Update

To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC
We have received an overwhelming number of reach-outs from the Estimator group. We appreciate your willingness to share your feedback.
Please note that Workload Coordinator, Herbert Magana, has the following days to respond to workload inquiries in 2024:
Monday, December 2 & Tuesday, December 3
Monday, December 16 & Tuesday December, 17
Herbert will be revising the Estimator Workload Complaint with additional feedback next week so please be sure to provide your input to him by Monday, December 2. Please note that in order to be part of the Workload Complaint, you must be willing to attach your name to the complaint. Under LOU18, no worker can be subject to reprisal as a result of initiating a workload complaint.
In addition, we are looking at holding a Town Hall Union Meeting for the Estimator group in early December. More details on this will follow.
