ICBC – All Job Steward Online Meeting

August 8, 2023

To: All ICBC Job Stewards, Councillors and Board Members

We will be hosting an all-Job Steward meeting on September 21, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  This will be in place of your September job steward meeting.

We will be covering the following topics:

  • Review and implementation of the changes to the collective agreement from bargaining
  • Walk through the new hire orientation material and discuss how these are happening (or not happening) in your area
  • Walk through the job evaluation process
  • Discuss job steward meetings and attendance, job steward training and update on other items that we have been hearing about

Please complete the registration form attached. You will be booked off for the day to attend this meeting and we encourage all 200 job stewards at ICBC to attend this meeting.
