IAM 250 – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP Members at IAM 250

Your bargaining committee is pleased to advise that we have reached a tentative agreement with your Employer, subject to membership ratification. Your bargaining committee recommends ratification of this agreement.

Highlights of the deal include, but are not limited to:

  • 8.65% general wage increase over three years
  • Additional dental plan coverage for major services
  • Various administrative improvements to the agreement, such as ensuring stability to full-time hours, elimination of the apprenticeship scale, and stronger training and career development language

A ratification meeting will be held in the IAM 250 boardroom on Thursday, August 13, at 10:00 am, where the details of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) will be shared. You can view the MOA here. An in-person ballot vote will be held at the meeting.
