Hertz Bargaining Update #3

I hope that everyone is well and getting accustomed to the “new normal”. After two long years of putting bargaining on hold, your bargaining committee and the employer met on May 24th and 25th to resume the bargaining process to negotiate a new collective agreement.
The parties made progress in drafting tentative new language and were able to take time to have extensive discussions on the tabled proposals and areas of concern for bargaining unit members.
The bargaining committee anticipates meeting in June to continue the bargaining process.
