Your Union Representative, Phil Bargen has scheduled a date to be on site to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have and to accept any feedback regarding the upcoming round of bargaining starting in the new year.
In preparation for bargaining we need to have more job stewards involved and engaged to create a strong bargaining committee with representation from the various departments of Hastings Entertainment Inc. We have three job stewards on the bargaining committee with those being Lyle Jeyachandran and Jessica Lamb from the Casino and Lisa Russel from Racing.
We encourage all of you to consider becoming a job steward to assist your Union with communication and to ensure the collective agreement is adhered to by your Employer.
