Hastings Entertainment, Inc. – Bargaining Update #6

To all MoveUP members at Hastings Entertainment, Inc.:
The Union and the employer met on July 24 and 25, 2017 and had a productive session of bargaining. There were a few items signed off on and the Union provided the employer with its monetary package.
On August 1st, 2017, Barry Hodson decided to retire and we wish him well. Brad Bastien, Senior Union Representative, will be leading the negotiations with Keith Parkinson going forward.
The Union is looking for more negotiating dates in the near future.
