Hastings Entertainment Inc.- Bargaining Update #21 – Strike Committee Meeting

To: All MoveUP Members at Hastings Entertainment Inc.
Please post and/or distribute in your workplace.
Your strike committee met on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the union office.
Our next step will be to approach individuals who would like to become picket captains. We will explain to you what that role entails. We are close to completing the job action schedule and will be seeking input from you for your scheduling preferences.
Please continue to update your information with the committee or contact our office.
We have also viewed our upcoming external media campaign and will advise you when it is released so that you can send it to your friends.
Share with your friends and families that we want everyone to let @HastingsRaces and @GRTCanadian know on Twitter that their workers deserve fair wages by using the hashtag #NotSoGreatCanadian. Don’t let Great Canadian exploit their employees.
Please remember to forward 12 weeks (six pay checks) of pay stubs to the union office. This is required to receive strike pay.
