FortisBC – Wage Increase Coming on July 1, 2026

To: All FortisBC Energy Inc. and FortisBC Inc. MoveUP Members
As we get set to enjoy Canada Day coming up on Wednesday, our members at FortisBC will have an extra reason to celebrate as your next wage increase will go into effect.
All FortisBC members will receive a 2.75% wage increase, which was what your union negotiated for you during our last round of bargaining with FortisBC.
Your current collective agreement runs through to June 30, 2028, and you will receive another 2.75% wage increase effective July 1, 2027.
You can find your wage scale by accessing your collective agreement on our website.
Thank you again to the hard work of your bargaining committee for negotiating these wage increases during the last round of bargaining.
