FortisBC LOU #42 Employees Flex Benefit Re-Enrollment

To: All LOU #42 Employees at FortisBC
The parties finalized our discussions yesterday regarding the availability for the FortisBC LOU#42 employees to re-select their Flex Benefits for the 2021 Flex Benefit Enrollment.
It has been agreed that LOU 42 Employees hired before February 1, 2021 will be provided with the opportunity to re-select their 2021 Flex Benefits between March 8 until March 12, 2021. The Company has stated that they will send an email notification with a link to the flex benefits portal on Employee Express, so please watch for it.
We encourage all members to please re-enroll during this time frame, because if you miss the deadline, the Company will default to your original Flex 2021 benefit selection. They have identified to us that there will be no exceptions, so please re-enroll.

You should be receiving information from the Company regarding the changes to the benefits that were changed as a result of the BC Labour Board’s decision.
