FortisBC-CSC LOU#2 Members – Membership Zoom Meeting
January 27, 2021
To: All MoveUP members at Fortis CSC LOU#2
We have scheduled a zoom meeting to discuss the BC Labour Board’s order granting FortisBC Energy Inc. and FortisBC Inc’s Common Employer application and identifying the “draft amalgamated collective agreement” is to be used to govern the terms and conditions of the new single bargaining unit. We would like to meet and talk with you about how this impacts you as a Letter of Understanding #2 member. I wrote to each of you and provided a synopsis of how this will impact you, as there are provisions in the LOU#2 that are tied to the new single bargaining unit’s collective agreement.
We would like to invite you to attend the zoom meeting scheduled for the following date and time:
