Fill the Bus! – Victoria Period Promise Campaign

To: All MoveUP members in Victoria
The Victoria Labour Council and their partners are hosting a drive to collect period products on Saturday, June 25th, 2022.
Period poverty is much more common than many believe. Half of all people who menstruate say that they have struggled to purchase product for themselves at some time in their life, and more than a quarter have gone through a period without having any products to support them.
A BC Transit bus will be parked at the Tillicum Centre to collect your donations of unopened boxes of tampons, pads and other menstrual hygiene products for distribution to community agencies across the Victoria region.
Date: Saturday, June 25, 2022
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Tillicum Centre, 3170 Tillicum Drive, Victoria
