Family Day Photo Contest

To: All MoveUP Members
Family Day is just around the corner, this coming Monday, February 15. Many of us will be off work that day and will be trying to find safe, physically distanced activities to do. Some of us will stay in watching movies, reading great books or playing board games, while others will be heading outdoors to try and get some exercise and fresh air.
We want to know how you – our members – will be celebrating this Family Day.
Send us pictures of how you and your family spend Family Day 2021 to outreach@moveuptogether.ca and you could win one of five (5) $50 Save-On-Foods gift cards. Don’t forget to include your name, workplace, describe who is in the picture and where the photo(s) was taken. Gift card winners will be drawn randomly from all members who enter (limit one entry per member regardless of number of photos submitted). Draw date is February 19.
As Nirmala Raniga wrote in an article for The Province in 2017: “Family Day is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with the important individuals in our lives whom we consider family. … It’s also an opportunity to practise new beneficial behaviours and strengthen ties. Family Day allows us to be together, celebrate one another, and embrace all that is good about those who enrich our lives and allow us to feel connected, while expanding our capacity for the true joy family brings.” We couldn’t have said it better!
