Please be advised that an Executive Council meeting will be held as follows:

Time: 9:30am
Location: Metrotown Hilton
After the regular Council business is complete, Councillors and Board members will be assigned into their unit breakout sessions. The expectation is for all Councillors and Board members to attend to discuss topics of relevance to your unit. It is anticipated that these sessions will last for approximately one hour.
