Please be advised that there will be a meeting of the Executive Council to be held as follows:

Place: Firefighter Banquet Hall ** Please note alternate location

Free parking for the Firefighters Hall is located at Metrotown Mall, with an entrance to the parkade off Bonsor Aveue. Do not park at Bonsor Rec Centre as they will have your car towed away at your expense.
All documents will be loaded on the member portal and will be available by hard copy at the meeting in limited quantities. Please contact our membership department (membership@moveuptogether.ca) if you need assistance accessing the portal.
