Executive Council Meeting – February 13

Please be advised that a virtual Executive Council meeting will be held as follows:

After the regular Council business is complete, Councillors and Board members will be assigned into their unit breakout sessions. In order to ensure that you are assigned to the correct breakout session for your unit, pre-registration for the Council meeting will be required. Please click here to register. The expectation is for all Councillors and Board members to attend to discuss topics of relevance to your unit. It is anticipated that these sessions will last for approximately one hour.
At the start of the meeting, we will conduct a brief overview of Zoom meeting protocols – for example, how to get added to the speaker list or how to cast your vote on a motion. Prior to the meeting, please be sure that you have the latest version of Zoom on your device so that you have the most up-to-date options available.
Meeting documents will be available on the member portal the week of February 6th. If you are unable to access the member portal, please contact our membership department at email@example.com.
