Executive Board By-Election – Utilities – BC Hydro & Powertech Labs

To: All MoveUP members at BC Hydro and Powertech Labs
Term Ending: Fall 2021
Due to the resignation of Bruce Sarvis and in accordance with article 10.7(b) of the Constitution, we are conducting a by-election to fill the above noted position.
Please refer to article 6 of the Constitution for details of “Duties of Executive Board”.
A nomination form covering all of the requirements of the Constitution governing the nomination of an executive board member is attached here. Nominations open Thursday, July 11, 2019 and close at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2019.
Nomination forms must be emailed to returningofficer@moveuptogether.ca or faxed, with original to follow, to 604-299-8211 by the deadline of July 25, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.
